What counts as a lookup?

Each call to the /verify endpoint counts as one lookup. Batch jobs count one lookup per NPI in the batch.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

The Basic plan is free forever with 250 lookups/month — a good way to evaluate the API. We don't offer a time-limited Pro trial, but you can upgrade and cancel anytime.

Do you offer annual pricing?

What is a BAA?
